Data Matching
SDA/GIDE can provide a variety of data matching services including matching against the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF).
In the 7 million record Key To Success online database for the DfES the user interface allows a list of Unique Pupil Numbers (UPN) to be uploaded. These UPN are then matched against the database with matched records being available for download in a range of export formats. Matching, even for very large numbers of UPNs, is instantaneous.

SDA/GIDE can provide data checking and Quality Assurance.
For the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) we provide automated checking and validation of data to agreed quality standards and software outputs to facilitate additional visual checking of tabular data.
