Access real-time survey replies.

Note that:

• Real-time results are usually provided to an administrator and accessed via a username and password.
• Textual replies can be seen by changing the drop-down list box 'Include textual responses:' from No to Yes.
• Connection statistics for each page of the questionnaire are available by clicking the 'Connections Stats' button in the top right hand corner.
• When a user clicks 'next' or 'previous' for any page in the questionnaire information is immediately available to the administrator: providing real-time access to survey results.
• A small number of questionnaires have been completed to provide some results
